Congregational Survey Instructions
Please complete this Congregational Survey. This is an important information-gathering tool, and your opinions need to be included.
Each member of your family, grade 7 and above, should complete a Congregational Survey. Spouses should complete separate Surveys.
You will not be asked to put your name on your Survey, so the results are completely anonymous.
People who are not members of the church but who are visiting regularly are encouraged to complete a Survey.
Surveys may be completed either by computer or on paper.
All Surveys must be completed and returned by Sunday, January 31, 2010.
TO TAKE THE SURVEY BY COMPUTER:
Log onto the church web site: www.1stpres.com
On the opening screen, to the left there is a line labeled “Senior Pastor Search Survey .”
Click on the line, and follow the instructions to complete the Survey.
TO TAKE THE SURVEY ON PAPER:
A Survey is being mailed to each member of the congregation.
If additional copies are needed, they can be obtained at the Information Centers in Buildings A and C on Sunday mornings, or at the church office during the week.
You may request that a Survey be mailed to you by calling the church office (Ronda at 723-1621 , x221).
Completed surveys may be turned in at the Information Centers in Buildings A and C on Sunday mornings, or at the church office during the week.
