Monday PM | Tuesday AM | Friday AM | Men's Retreat
There are many different dimensions to and components of the men's ministry. In the broadest sense, where men are instructing, challenging, nurturing, and loving one another with Biblical truth and the search for deeper relationships with Christ, there is men's ministry in action. This occurs in numerous small groups, sometimes in a kitchen or family room, sometimes at Midtown or Cagney's or Arthur's over a stack of pancakes, sometimes on the streets while running and exercising, and sometimes on a boat with a fishing rod in hand.
There are a few large gatherings, however, that are worth more explanation. All are open to any man whether members of First Presbyterian Church or not. All of these assemblies are blessed to be comprised of men from many churches and denominations, drawn together by the blood of Christ, and the desire to know Him better.
Regular events include Fellowship, Study and Prayer Gatherings on Tuesdays mornings, Friday mornings and Monday evenings. We also host an annual retreat, and participate in church softball and basketball leagues.

Monday Nights (year-round)
Fellowship, Study and Prayer Gathering
For those of you who prefer an evening group, each Monday night from 9:15 pm to 11:15 pm, a great group of men meet at a private home. The agenda is prayer, Bible study, lively discussion and a lot of fun!
This group also meets frequently for lunch and has special events (camping, etc.) about every other month. Email paul@questrgi.com with questions.
Tuesday Mornings (September - May)
Fellowship, Study and Prayer Gathering
From September until May, men meet at 6:30 am on Tuesday mornings at the church to fellowship over breakfast, hear teachings or messages from guest speakers, spend time in small groups discussing the teachings and application to their lives, and pray. This is a great time of fellowship and growth in Christ.

A year round gathering meeting in a private home at 6:30 am to discuss scripture studies and selected Christian topics. Teaching and discussion are wrapped together in this gathering with robust sharing and conversation.

Men's Retreat
On March 20-21, 2009 men will gather for a 24-hour overnight retreat to get away from the world's pressures and focus on their relationship with God. We will enjoy worship, teaching, group discussions and good old-fashioned recreation. This is an event that is hard to find time for, but you will be glad you did!
