GET INVOLVED

[bible study]

freshmen // first-years

These bible studies are designed specifically for first-year students to get to know one another and share in this time of transition, while studying the word. They are led by emmaus staff or older students. If you're interested, sign up on a Tuesday night or email staff@emmaus.ws.

upperclassmen

Depth groups are upperclassmen bible studies led by older, wiser members of our church. They meet weekly and include time to catch up on life and pray together, as well as time to dig deeper into the scriptures. The deadline to apply has past, but if you are still interested fill out this form: Apply for a Depth Group!

If you're getting involved in the middle of the year, there are still opportunities for fellowship and Bible study. Contact us at staff@emmaus.ws.

[other ways to connect and serve]

emmaus lunch

Once a week we feast together on-campus. Salem College: Mondays @noon. Wake Forest: Tuesdays @11a. Doesn't matter if you're new or old as dirt. You just need to find us. We'll meet up with you beforehand if you want. staff@emmaus.ws

community team

Since we're trying to bring together students from multiple campuses, we need creative and energetic individuals planning fun and fellowship. This is a great way for our underclassmen to dive in although anyone is welcome. Meetings will be biweekly or monthly. staff@emmaus.ws

backers

This is a team of students dedicated to engage in deeper conversation with our director, discussing Emmaus' vision and living it out. Often described as a "sounding board" this team gives helpful insight to Tuesday night messages and discusses relevant biblical themes in the life of a college student. Meetings 2x/month. justin@emmaus.ws

create-your-own

We want our students to dream of unique ways of reaching their campus. Maybe it's a new Bible study or service project. We're interested to hear what's on your heart and help you however we can. staff@emmaus.ws
