Children's Ministry is organized into three areas of ministry:
Preschool Sunday School and Mustard Seed Club
Elementary Sunday School, Children's Church, & KidzClub.
5th Grade Missions Week, the Easter Garden Party, the Angel Breakfast, or another event, we strive to offer our kids many different ways to experience Christ's love. The fun in Children’s Ministry never ends as we help your child grow in the love and knowledge of Jesus.
Wednesday Nights with the Children's Ministry Wednesday Night Live includes dinner and programming for our adults and children. KidzClub (elementary) and Mustard Seed Club (preschool) offer a fun and exciting atmosphere for our kids to fellowship, learn, and expend some energy!

+ New & Expectant Parents Ministry Having a baby? First Presbyterian rejoices with you! Whether it's your 1st or 5th, we are here to offer friendship, support, prayer, and help as you go through this exciting time in your life. Contact Melinda Miller to get started in this ministry as an expectant mother or a volunteer. + MOPS “Mothers of Preschoolers” meets at First Presbyterian every other Tuesday morning. Childcare is provided for younger siblings. The counterpart to MOPS, Mom’s Connection Bible Study meets on alternate Tuesday mornings. Childcare is provided.
Visiting for the 1st Time? Welcome! We are excited for your arrival and encourage you to come to the Children’s Ministry window to check-in your child/children. Our Children’s Ministry Office is centrally located in Building A at the corner of the first floor hall off the Marshall Street entrance in room A-101. At this window, we will explain our check-in procedure, answer any questions and personally take your child to his or her room. A greeter, information center host, or nursery host can also direct you. Check out our Visit Us page for more frequently asked questions about our church. Questions?
